Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing payments, cancellations, subscriptions, and access to the LevelUpSales.Ai platform operated by BSW Resources Group Sdn Bhd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing or subscribing to LevelUpSales.Ai, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Refunds and Cancellation

All payments made for LevelUpSales.Ai or for services provided via LevelUpSales.Ai are charged in USD and are strictly non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; however, all previous payments are non-refundable and will not be prorated. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

All annual subscription payments are non-refundable and non-prorated. Once an annual subscription has been charged, no refunds will be granted for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your LevelUpSales.Ai subscription, including any related services, you must submit a written cancellation request via email to [email protected]. Cancellation will only be effective once confirmed by our support team.

Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, you will lose access to any and all data within the LevelUpSales.Ai ecosystem. This includes, but is not limited to, funnels, funnel designs, CRM pipelines, contacts, automations, workflows, emails, templates, digital assets, training materials, support sessions, and any private community access. Data may be permanently deleted after account termination. Refunds will not be granted outside the terms stated herein from the date of initial purchase, for any reason.

2. Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment

As a LevelUpSales.Ai user, you are responsible for paying all applicable subscription fees in accordance with these Terms. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or yearly depending on your selected plan.

Each billing cycle, your account will automatically be charged the subscription fee, any applicable taxes, and any accumulated charges. Failure to use the services does not relieve you of your payment obligations.

Users may pay via credit card or debit card. Payment details are collected securely through our payment processing systems. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that we may retain transaction-related data, including the last four digits and expiration date of the card used. You further acknowledge that payments are due on a recurring basis and authorize automatic payment collection according to your selected subscription plan unless properly canceled in accordance with this policy.

3. Free Trial

At this time, LevelUpSales.Ai does not offer a free trial unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer.

4. Failed Monthly or Annual Payments

If your payment fails or your account becomes delinquent, you will be notified. If payment is not resolved within seven (7) days, your account may be suspended. After seven (7) days of delinquency, we reserve the right to permanently delete your account and all associated data, including funnels, CRM data, automations, and digital assets. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from unpaid accounts.

5. Access to the LevelUpSales.Ai Ecosystem and Intellectual Property

With an active subscription to LevelUpSales.Ai, you receive access to exclusive digital assets and system components, including funnel templates, email templates, CRM pipelines, automation workflows, digital marketing assets, training materials, tracking tools, and support sessions where applicable.

All funnel designs, templates, automations, training materials, and digital assets remain the intellectual property of BSW Resources Group Sdn Bhd. We retain all trademark and copyright rights to LevelUpSales.Ai assets. These materials are permitted for use only within the LevelUpSales.Ai ecosystem and are non-transferable. They may not be exported, copied, resold, shared, or used outside of LevelUpSales.Ai without prior written consent. Sharing, duplicating, or redistributing any LevelUpSales.Ai materials without authorization is strictly prohibited.

If your membership is canceled or terminated, access to all LevelUpSales.Ai materials and digital assets will be revoked, and your data may be permanently deleted.
